Children practice reading words with 0 soundsuch as a pot, a book, a pool, a mouse, an owl and a goat. Theytake a multiple choice quiz and get a score out of 20. After thatthey can read more words or quit the game. The game has 50 wordswith different o sounds. Immediate feedback is available. For everywrong answer the right answer is given immediately.

This phonics Read Words Match is optimized forseven inch tablets. There is another app optimized for the phone.Children read simple words and choose the correct picture thatmatches with the word. They get immediate feedback. The audio helpsthem learn the words for the wrong answers. This helps them toimprove their reading. They get virtual gifts for motivatiion.The words used in this apps are CVC words(consonant-vowel-consonant words)such as 'a cat' and 'a fan'. Themultiple choice questions focus on initial sounds and finalsounds.Known Issues: In android 3.0 app is displayed in a smaller size.We are working on it.

Children can paint or write the letters of thealphabet on the white screen. They have three colour options and abutton to erase and begin again. If they tap on the screen they getdots and if they drag they get a line. By dragging they canpractise writing letters of the alphabet or numbers. Or they canjust scribble :-) They can listen to music while drawing andwriting.
